Our Commitment to Accessibility
At Ticketure, we are committed to providing an accessible and user-friendly platform for all individuals, including those with disabilities.
As a whitelabel software provider, Ticketure ensures our technical foundation is accessible and commits to regular accessibility retesting on a six-month cadence. We view accessibility as a shared responsibility and offer tools and guidance to support our clients in meeting their accessibility obligations. However, the final implementation — including but not limited to branding, design, and content — is managed by each client organization individually. Ticketure is actively working to maintain and improve the accessibility of our technical platform, while collaborating with our clients to help enhance the accessibility of their own experiences.
If you encounter any issues accessing content on our platform, please contact us at support@ticketure.com with the subject line “Web Accessibility” and include a description of the issue and any suggestions for improvement.
Ticketure does not control third-party content but encourages all partners and clients to prioritize accessibility in their digital experiences.
At Ticketure, accessibility is part of our mission to support inclusive access to the arts, culture, and beyond. We're here to help you succeed in creating a digital experience that works for everyone, and are committed to maintaining the most accessible platform possible for your success.
