Ticketure Retail features direct backend integration with the master Ticketure database. The moment a member approaches any terminal or self-service kiosk, the system runs a membership lookup to identify and validate their active status and apply their contract discounts at the POS.

Historically, gift shop and cafe purchases were anonymous, masking valuable customer behavior. Our innovative Stripe integration changes this by routing every retail and F&B transaction through your venue's master Stripe account. While retail and F&B transactions settle separately—with fees applied based on the specific purchase type—we use secure card fingerprinting technology to automatically link these physical purchases back to known ticket holders and member profiles. This gives you full visibility into the entire visitor path, from their initial online ticket purchase to the final souvenir they take home.
